Overview

If you would like to work as a Part-Time Faculty Consultant in the CSUN University Writing Center in Academic Year 2013, please review the information below and apply before the deadline, Tuesday, April 23, 2013. There is one pool for lecturer-level Writing Consultants. Complete information is available in the relevant linked document below. Possible additional assignments from this pool may be available for Spring 2014 if there are openings.

Priority Application Deadline: Wednesday, April 17, 2013

Priority consideration will be given to applicants who meet this year's announced deadline. We will file all late applications (those received after 04/23/2013), but we will only review those late files if the pool of qualified applicants is insufficient to meet our needs. We will acknowledge on-time applications by email beginning May 06, 2013.

Position Announcements and Application Instructions

Applicants should forward a current resume and a letter addressing all the qualifications listed in the job description. First-time applicants must provide two written recommendations from professionals describing the applicant’s strengths as a writing teacher/consultant.
