What is the SAT lab?
The Subject Area Tutor Lab (SAT Lab) is located in Bayramian Hall room 417 (BH417) and offers academic support in the sciences including Biology, Chemistry, and Physical Science, as well as Mathematics, Physics, Philosophy, and Economics. Our tutors are accomplished undergraduate and graduate students from a variety of University disciplines who are available to assist students on a walk-in basis. We also offer SI (Supplemental instruction) classes.
The SAT Lab also offers FREE ONLINE TUTORING for Math, Chemistry, Biology and Physics. Our experienced tutors are available to chat live with students Sunday through Thursday 7-10 p.m.! Students can interact with tutors using Blackboard Collaborate Webconferencing which includes video, audio and whiteboard drawing capabilities. Blackboard also has a mobile app for students on the go!
